- Dr. Urich is a wonderful speaker…he should come more often!
- From my experiences, I believe the level of human behavoir emphasized in the course is most often associated with government jobs, including university jobs, nationalized overseas companies, i.e., places of employment where employees never have fear of losing their jobs so they get away with letting their personal feelings toward you dictate their efficiency in getting what you need. Any employee that does not help others or caught deliberately delaying progress would normally be fired in an efficient comapany.

- Dr. Ulrich is a great speaker and has the ability to make any subject matter fun and meaningful to work situations. I found this to be one of the best seminars I have attended in a long time. At first I was dreading sitting for 3 hours but the 3 hours flew by and I was surprised when it was over.
